This unique on-line learning capability is superior to traditional data mining software where new training sessions are periodically necessary.

iSmartsoft Next Best Question (NBQ) is an interactive computer aided diagnostic software for internal medicine that helps physicians to diagnose diseases. NBQ uses more than 4,000 clinical findings to describe the profile of 600 diseases. Findings include medical history, symptoms, physical signs, and laboratory test results. The Windows version of NBQ is available for single user; a Web-based version is under development.

The unique feature of NBQ is its smart query.  Unlike other diagnostic software, NBQ like a physician asks the best question based on the previous answers.  In many cases, the right diagnoses can be reached after asking 5-10 questions.
